Mini donuts

Mini donuts 🍩 , without a lot of oil, without waiting for the dough to rise .. in one word – perfect!
I recently bought a pan with 3 different modles, but I’m so excited about the donuts additional that I haven’t tried the other two yet!

This is one of those recipes that saves a lot of situations when you need something tasty in a hurry. Whenever we run out of bread in the house, this is the recipe I pull out of my sleeve and in 10 minutes I have an excellent breakfast that can be eaten with both salty and sweet dishes and is equally delicious in either version.

I’m always making doughnuts, whether they’re the real ones that are deep-fried, or these mini ones, with Schar Mix B flour. Even the sparrows on the branch already know that this flour is present in 90% of the dough recipes on my blog!

A tip for sweet donuts is not to put a lot of sugar in the mixture itself because it will stick to the mold. If you want sweet doughnuts, you’d better make a sweet topping for them or serve them with cream or jam.

Below I am writing a recipe that makes 3 rounds, so exactly 24 doughnuts!
