Ingredients
  1. 300g Schar Mix B - Bread Mix gluten free flour
  2. 100g corn flour
  3. 2 tablespoons of ground flax
  4. 2 tablespoons of fresh sunflower seeds
  5. 2 tablespoons sesame
  6. 1 baking powder
  7. ½ teaspoons of baking soda
  8. some salt
  9. 350ml of lukewarm water
  10. juice of half a lemon
Instructions
  1. Mix all the dry ingredients, then add the water with the lemon juice and combine everything. The mixture should be liquid . Cover the boil with foil and let stand for 2-3 hours, then transfer to a greased mold and bake at 220ºC for about half an hour.
