Lamb and pumpkin is one of those recipes that you invent in a moment. I didn’t actually know what I was going to make, so I just enter the kitchen and start. I wanted to make something with lamb and pumpkin that day, but I wasn’t sure how it’s going to look like at the end.
I want to put the accent on the refreshing avocado sauce, that I make very often. It’s great as additional ingredient to some main dish, but also you can eat it for breakfast with toast. The main ingredients are avocado and feta cheese, everything you add beside depends on your taste. I love to combine a different additional spices every time.
Avocado sauce:
1/2 avocado
2tbs caper
garlic
lime peel
80g feta cheese
50g sour cream
Now I am going to tell you the secret of the most delicious toast I ever ate. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and put the bread in. Fry it on both sides until golden. The taste is amazing, and combination with the avocado sauce can’t be more perfect!
