Gluten free Brownies

Cocoa powder and dark chocolate are very common ingredients in my sweet recipes. 100g butter
100g dark chocolate

1 egg
130g brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
30g cocoa powder
100g Mix C – Mix Pâtisserie flour
pinch of salt


Melt the butter and chocolate at the steam. When the chocolate melts completely, add all the other ingredients and mix well. Pour the resulting mixture into a baking tray, lined with baking paper and bake for 30 minutes at 160 ° C.
