Cheese Chips is the best and the fastest chips you can make
in your kitchen. You and your kids are going to love it!
The main ingredient is cheese. Go to store and buy some cheese. Cheddar, Parmesan, Edam … Pick one you like the most. I put Gouda cheese. For these tasty snacks you will also need butter, flour, salt and water. Cheese you want to use has to be grated so you can mix it with other ingredients and make the dough. When you get the dough, put some baking paper on the surface, place the dough on it and cover it with another piece of baking paper, and stretch it. As thin you make the dough, the more crispy chips you will get. Place the dough in a baking pan. Take of the upper paper. Cut the dough into a shapes you want and bake for 15 minutes at 230ºC.
Ingredients:
240g cheese
60g butter
100g bread mix flour
( I use Schar – Mix B, bread mix flour)
50ml water
Add some salt, depending on a type of cheese you decide to put. If the cheese is salty enough, you can avoid extra salt. But if it is not, you can put one or half teaspoon of salt.
Cheese Chips you can eat with anything. My favourite combination is with onion cream. It is easy to make. Chop one spring onion and mix it with a few tablespoons of sour cream.
