Pasta and Brie

I must admit, sometimes I really don’t have time for some complicated meals. In those days I choose easier solutions for lunch. What can be easier than pasta? However, I am not a fan of those variants where you put just a cup of some cheap cheese cream into your pasta plate and you think you have lunch. You don’t. You will be hungry again in half an our. Here is my quick pasta lunch.

Ingredients:

butter
olive oil
bacon
garlic
onion
chicken file
salt
pepper

Béchamel sauce

milk (400 ml)
Schar Mix B flour (2 tbsp)
sour cream (2 tbsp)
salt

Brie cheese
Schar Fusilli gluten free pasta

Warm the olive oil and butter in a pot, then add chopped garlic, onion and bacon. Fry it until you get the golden color of mixed ingredients. For about 5 minutes. Cut the meat in small pieces and add it to the pot. Season to taste. Cook the meat, until it becomes golden.

Now make the Béchamel sauce. Warm milk until gets boiling. Then add flour, sour cream, salt and stir until it thickens. Mix Béchamel sauce with meat and add some Brie cheese.

Place the spaghetti in a large pot of boiling salted water and cook according to packet instructions, still try some before serving, to make sure it is perfectly cooked.

Arrange your plate and enjoy!
