Homemade tortillas are ready in an hour, and the taste cannot be compared to any you can find in a market. The recipe is very simple, so you will enjoy both their preparation and tasting. They are also a great activity for children, so don’t hesitate to roll up your sleeves and give them a roll so that everyone can have fun and finally enjoy what you have made. I’ve used Schär Mix B flour, but I’m sure any gluten-free bread flour will do the job well.
Put all wet ingredients in a bowl. Mix baking powder and flour and add gradually to the water mix. Knead the dough until you get a nice soft, nonsticky dough. Divide the dough into small balls. From each ball make a disk and bake on a pancake pan. Bake each side few minutes.
