Gorgonzola Chicken

 

Have you ever try to put gorgonzola cheese and pear together
in a same dish? If you are not, it is time to try something new.

For this amazing new recipe from “Gluten free Tea” you will need:

chicken breasts
gorgonzola cheese
pear
bread crumbs
egg white

soy sauce
flour
water

rice

* If you don’t know where to buy gluten free bread crumbs, you can make it at home. It is very simple. If you have old bread, don’t trow it. There is so many great recipes you can make from it. One of them is bread crumbs.
** Cut the bred into small pieces and spread it out on a plate. You can leave it like that for a few days to get completely dry, or you can put it in a oven for about 1h at 100ºC. Grind a dry pieces of bread with nut grinder. Place the bread crumbs in a sealed containers and leave in a fridge. You can keep it there for a months.
Method:

Cut the chicken breasts into equal pieces. Pound each piece to equal thickness then roll with pear and cheese inside. Dip each roll in the egg white mix, then in the bread crumb mixture. Arrange the coated chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish and fry each side until golden.
When you remove the fired chicken rolls, in a same pan, put 1tsp of bread mix flour, 1 tsp honey, 50 ml soy sauce and 50ml water. Stir it on a medium heat, until thickness. Put some sauce over the each roll.
