It is all about the spices.

When you think about Christmas cookies you can imagine the smell of the cinnamon and orange, ginger or chocolate. It can put you back to childhood, remind you of some beautiful memories or people. Every day brings new memories, so let’s connect some special moments with delicious tastes and unforgettable smells.
Combination of spices and ingredients depending on your taste. This time I have put cinnamon and nutmeg, but you won’t make mistakes if you put some different aroma in your cookies. 

Here is my combination for this year: 

1 egg 
3 tbs honey
orange peel
1 tsp cinnamon
nutmeg
1 tsp baking powder
100ml yogurt
8 tbs flour
100g butter

For decoration

1 egg white
200g powdered sugar.

There is one thing about winters cookies that I adore … When you make them, all house gets filled with those amazing smells.
Snow, Christmas tree and cookies … that’s what I call a perfect Christmas!
