Put whipping cream, egg, butter, sugar, orange peel and flour in a bowl and stir everything well. Then add chopped chocolate and roasted almonds and knead into soft dough. Divide the dough into small pieces (I got 35 equal pieces) and form in a shape of cookies. Place them on a baking pan covered with a baking paper and bake 25 minutes on 230ºC.
Serve it with cold milk, or orange juice. They are a perfect snack for the beach, traveling or as a dessert after lunch. Enjoy!
