Ideas immediately&nbsp;started popping up. Earlier that day, I was planning to make a plum pie with chocolate, because I had fresh organic plums from mums garden. Imagining the combination of hot chocolate and soft plums, was enough to get me to work immediately, but as I said, I started with the peach syrup. When I realized that I have 3 very sweet cooked peaches, I decided to change my plum plan a bit.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I made a very simple dough, and simple filling.&nbsp;You can use any kind of fruit, any combination of fruit, but you can not leave out the chocolate.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>What you&#8217;ll need for this sweet rhapsody &#8230;<\/em><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/glutenfree-tea.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/DSC_1002-copy.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-453 img-responsive alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/glutenfree-tea.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/DSC_1002-copy.jpg\" alt=\"DSC_1002 copy\" width=\"397\" height=\"264\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>For a pie crust:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;1 egg<br \/>\n&nbsp;150ml yogurt<br \/>\n&nbsp;2 tbs honey (up to taste)<br \/>\n&nbsp;50g finally&nbsp;chopped raw almonds<br \/>\n&nbsp;70g butter<br \/>\n&nbsp;1tsp baking powder<br \/>\n&nbsp;150g flour<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/glutenfree-tea.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/DSC_1023-copy.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-441 img-responsive alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/glutenfree-tea.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/DSC_1023-copy.jpg\" alt=\"DSC_1023 copy\" width=\"392\" height=\"260\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Fruity filling:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 3 peaches<br \/>\n&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 7 plums<br \/>\n&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 70g dark chocolate<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Let\u2019s make a pie crust first.<\/em><\/h3>\n<p>Mix egg, honey, yogurt, butter and almonds in a bowl. Then add flour gradually. While you are adding flour, use your hands to make the dough.<\/p>\n<p>When you get a soft, non sticky dough, cut it in two parts, 2\/3 and 1\/3 parts. Use the bigger piece to cover your baking pan, and a smaller one to put it on the top of the pie.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/glutenfree-tea.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/DSC_1011-copy1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-438 img-responsive\" src=\"https:\/\/glutenfree-tea.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/DSC_1011-copy1.jpg\" alt=\"DSC_1011 copy\" width=\"373\" height=\"248\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/glutenfree-tea.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/DSC_1012-copy.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-439 img-responsive\" src=\"https:\/\/glutenfree-tea.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/DSC_1012-copy.jpg\" alt=\"DSC_1012 copy\" width=\"375\" height=\"249\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/glutenfree-tea.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/DSC_1013-copy.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-440 img-responsive\" src=\"https:\/\/glutenfree-tea.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/DSC_1013-copy.jpg\" alt=\"DSC_1013 copy\" width=\"376\" height=\"250\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Fruity filling<\/em><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As I said earlier, I made the filling from the plums, chocolate and cooked peaches. You can use fresh fruit and add 1 or 2tbs honey, depending on your taste. All you have to do is to cut the fruit into a pan, chop the chocolate and cover it with the remaining dough.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/glutenfree-tea.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/DSC_1032-copy.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-442 img-responsive aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/glutenfree-tea.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/DSC_1032-copy.jpg\" alt=\"DSC_1032 copy\" width=\"428\" height=\"291\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-443 img-responsive aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/glutenfree-tea.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/DSC_1040-copy.jpg\" alt=\"DSC_1040 copy\" width=\"425\" height=\"282\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">That\u2019s pretty much it. Now you only have to bake it. It will be done in 20 minutes at 200\u00baC (392\u00baF). I recommend not to wait until it cools down.
