They are great for any occasion.. picnic, kids birthday, wedding, school break &#8230; They are decorative and delicious and great fun in the kitchen. It tooks me quite long to create right recipe, to find perfect combination of ingredients and their amounts. I think that my husband won&#8217;t eat muffins ever again,&nbsp;given how much he ate them&nbsp;until I found the right measure! Not every gluten-free flour is the same, so it&#8217;s very important to know how the flour you use is acting. This time, I used a new <a href=\"https:\/\/www.schaer.com\/en-int\/p\/bread-mix-mix-b\">Mix B flour from Sch\u00e4r<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Muffins dough:<\/p>\n<p>400g <a href=\"https:\/\/www.schaer.com\/en-int\/p\/bread-mix-mix-b\">Sch\u00e4r Mix B flour<\/a><br \/>\n100g brown sugar<br \/>\n1 tsp baking powder<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp baking soda<br \/>\npinch of salt<\/p>\n<p>2 eggs<br \/>\n200ml sunflower oil<br \/>\n400ml milk<br \/>\n1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>First mix all dry ingredients, then mix all liquids and after mix everything together. Take the batter with the spoon and place into a muffin moulds. Bake it 30 minutes at 210\u00baC.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This is base for the muffins. If you want to rich the taste, here are some of really great combinations that you can try: cocoa and chocolate, cinnamon and apple, raisins and rum, white chocolate and roasted almonds, lemon and lime peal.
