Is there something better than hot crispy pizza?<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

In a country<\/span> like mine, people who have problems with gluten doesn’t have the opportunity<\/span> to go outside and just buy gluten free pizza. If you want to eat it, you have to make one. Every time. I was lucky to experience<\/span> a home delivery<\/span> gluten free pizza in the United Kingdom<\/span> and to eat it in restaurants<\/span> in Italy and Austria. I can’t decide which one was the best. Maybe I was just lucky and<\/span> all the pizzas I have tried out of my kitchen were really good. <\/p>\n

Last experience was in Pescara, Italy. I am choosing this one as the best one because I was there with my mom and sister who is also a celiac<\/span> like me. That<\/span> was the first time we ate gluten free pizza together in a restaurant. It was unforgettable …<\/p>\n

I must mention the amazing pizzeria Buffalo Bill<\/a> and recommend<\/span> it to all of you. If you ever come to Pescara, it would be a pity not to try their gluten free pizzas. They have certificates and the crossed grain symbol at the entrance, which<\/span> prove<\/span> gluten free safety. Hope you will enjoy as much as we were<\/span>.<\/p>\n

If you are not able to eat pizza out, then you have to make it by yourself. I am a big fan of it, and it is time to post and share with you some recipe on the theme. This is just one of many variations on how to make a dough.<\/p>\n

Ingredients:<\/p>\n

250ml lukewarm water
\n1 tsp sugar
\n1 tsp dry yeast
\n50ml sunflower oil
\npinch of salt
\n210g flour (Schar, Mix B<\/a>)<\/p>\n

Filling<\/p>\n

tomato juice
\noregano
\nfresh tomato
\nsour cream
\nham
\nGouda cheese
\negg
\nolives<\/p>\n

Preparation:<\/p>\n

Put lukewarm water in a bowl, add sugar and sprinkle it with yeast. Wait until the yeast<\/span> starts<\/span> growing, then add all other ingredients and mix. Cover it and leave in a warm place for about 45 minutes to grow. Oil your hands and move the dough on a plate covered with a baking paper. Make the pizza shape, put some tomato juice, oregano<\/span>, fresh tomatoes<\/span> and sour cream. Bake it for about 20 minutes on 200\u00b0C. Add other ingredients like<\/span> in the following video and bake 10 more minutes.<\/p>\n
