Perfect pizza dough<\/h2>\n

500<\/span> ml<\/span> lukewarm water<\/span><\/div>\n
1<\/span> tsp<\/span> dry yeast<\/span><\/div>\n
1<\/span> tsp<\/span> sugar<\/span><\/div>\n
50<\/span> ml<\/span> sunflower oil<\/span><\/div>\n
500<\/span> ml<\/span> Sch\u00e4r Mix B flour<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Add water, sugar and yeast in abowl. Mix well and leave the yeast to get activated.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Add oil, salt and 350g of flour and mix well with a mixer.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Put the rest of the flour on the working surface, and transfer the dough on it.
\nKnead the dough until all the flour disappear.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Divide the dough into 6 equal parts and form the small round flat parts. Oil some casserole and place the dough into it. Cover with a wet kitchen towel and leave it in refrigerator overnight.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Heat the oven on 300\u00b0C (if your oven can’t be heated to 300\u00b0C, heat it as much as possible), take out of the freezer one part of the dough, roll it out, put your favourite ingredients over it and bake for about 10-15 minutes<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","template":"","recipe_category":[],"class_list":["post-3577","cp_recipe","type-cp_recipe","status-publish","hentry"],"yoast_head":"\nPerfect pizza dough -
