120 g Schar Mix B flour
50 ml sunflour oil
50 ml soy milk
1 tsp baking powder

Beat the eggs and half a teaspoon of sugar with an electric mixer into a foamy mass. Reduce the speed of the mixer and add the flour, oil and baking powder and mix until everything is well combined.

Heat the baking pan/machine, then pour a little batter into each mold with a spoon, cover and bake for 5 minutes.
