Chicken Rolls

If you try to use ordinary ingredients in a little different way than usually, you can get a bunch of super tasty and very interesting food. Crispy dough filled with soft juicy meat wrapped in fresh baby spinach and cheese that melt is one of those old/new meals that is going to discover a completely new taste to your mouth. Ingredients for 2 chicken rolls:

200g Schär Mix B , bread mix flour
150ml water
1 tsp dry yeast
1tsp sugar
25g butter
1 egg yolk
sesame seeds

300g chicken breasts
tomato juice
baby spinach
gouda cheese


Place flour, yeast, sugar and butter in a bowl and add water gradually. Knead the ingredients until you get non sticky dough.

Meanwhile cook the meat in a water for about 15 minutes on a high heat.

Divide the dough on a two pieces. Stretch each piece with the rolling pin to thickness of about 5mm. Fill the dough with the tomato juice, place the meat, cheese and baby spinach in the middle, salt and pepper it. Wrap the dough around the other ingredients.

Brush each roll with the egg yolk and sprinkle with the sesame seeds. Bake 30 minutes on a 230ºC.
