Smoothie No2

The only equipment you need for this tasty and healthy drink is a blender! Smoothies are made using the whole fruit/vegetable, so you get all the fiber in your drink. Drinking a glass every day will provide you with all the vitamins you need.

They can be in a different colours, with different combinations of ingredients, decorated in a funny ways, so it’s a great way to get kids to “eat” their vegetables.
I don’t know way this green one is so attractive to me, maybe because of the colour, or it’s because of the taste … If you don’t like the colour, then try with the taste.

Smoothie No2:

baby spinach

Baby spinach is almost flavourless, but banana has both, the flavour and texture. Orange and ginger give the refreshment, and honey … well banana is sweet enough, so if you avoid the honey, it won’t make a huge difference.
