Salmon Sandwich

During the hot summer days, you can’t eat heavy food. Even if you want, it is not heathy and you will feel tired and sleepy after it. My advice is to choose light food. Consume a lot of vegetables and fruit. Drink water!

This time I choose to make a sandwich for lunch. Some would probably think that sandwich can’t be a lunch food, but trust me this is not a ordinary sandwich.

This sandwich is not cheep, but it is 100% gluten free and 100% refreshing healthy!

Ingredients:

salmon
salt
olive oil
mozzarella cheese
avocado
cherry tomato
Schär Pane Casereccio
