You can also call it Rustic Buns …
These Integral buns can be also a regular gluten free buns, depending on which flour do you use. I wanted to try Schär Mix per pane Rustico, Brot Mix flour and because of the structure of the flour, I called these buns Integral. The proportions of the water and flour are the same if you decide to use regular for example Schär Mix B, Bread Mix flour.
Ingredients you will need for these soft, delicious buns are:
400 ml lukewarm water
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp dry yeast
400 g flour
pinch of salt
sunflower and pumpkin seeds
Put sugar, water and yeast in a bowl and let the yeast get activated. Add flour and mix well until you get soft, not hard to mouch, dough. Split the dough in seven equal pieces and roll each piece into a small ball. Place the balls on a baking paper and leave them to rise for about 1h. Whisk one egg with pinch of salt. Brush each bun with the egg and sprinkle with seeds. Bake buns for about 20 minutes on 250ºC.
· As I already said, you can use regular gluten free bread flour. The amounts are the same. Enjoy!
