Honey energy bars

Many people think that energy and power are obtained exclusively from strong, high-calorie foods, but the truth is hidden in these small seeds rich of fibers, iron, and vitamins. Pregnancy and breastfeeding afterwards, encouraged me to pay more attention to food allowed for celiacs yet not so healthy. Pregnant women and nurses pay attention to the harmfulness of cigarettes and alcohol during this period but no one is telling us how bad white sugar and artificial sweeteners adversely affect our body.

If you are a parent, you will agree that for a good recipe, in addition to being healthy and nutritious, it is very important that it is prepared quickly and easily! Energy bars are one of those recipes which after all is very fast and tasty. All ingredients are natural and healthy!

Ingredients:

100g of grated Schär Corn Flakes
1 tbsp chopped baked almonds
1 tsp roasted pumpkin seed
1 tbsp baked sunflower seeds
1 tbsp baked sesame seeds
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp chocolate butter
50g black chocolate
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp baked quinoa
1 tbsp flaxseed
5 dates
1 tbsp dry cranberries
1 tbsp almond butter

 

Quick and easy to the sweets full of energy and vitamins

In a large bowl, place chopped cornflakes, seeds, cranberries, chopped dates, baked and finely chopped almonds, almond butter and honey. Melt the chocolate butter together with black chocolate then add it to the other ingredients and mix with hands. Place the mass on a greasy paper and leave in the fridge for a half an hour to cools down. Before serving, cut into the bars.

Keep this energy bars in a cold place. They can stand for up to a week.
