GF Hamburger

There are a plenty of variations of this theme, but sometimes the original one is irreplaceable..

His Highness GF Hamburger

-bread bans-
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp yeast, or baking powder
½ cup of sunflower oil
3dcl lukewarm water
500g Schar Mix B flour
1 egg yolk
sesame seeds



300g minced beef meat
1 tbs baking soda
1 tsp salt
½ cup of mineral water

Bread rolls are very easy to make. The dough is prepared the same way you would when making bread. So.. if you are ready we can start.

Put a lukewarm water and sugar into a bowl and sprinkle it with yeast. When yeast starts growing, add flour, salt and oil and knead the dough. When you get unison mass, divide it in 5-6 pieces, depending on how big bans you want to get. Keep in mind that dough will get bigger on a high temperature. Make round shapes of every piece and place it in a pan. Brush Every ban with egg yolk and sprinkle it with sesame seeds. Bake them for 20-30 minutes on 200 degrees celsius.


Mix the meat with baking soda, mineral water and spices (I used salt, pepper and curry) and leave it in fridge for about an hour. The baking soda in meat acts similar to yeast in the dough. The meat will grow. While the butter is melting in a frying pan, shape your burgers relative to the rolls size. Keep in mind that meat will get smaller on a high temperature. Fry the burgers on a medium heat for about 15-20 minutes.

Well, now you have made the main ingredients and the magic can begin. Everything you have to do now is to add some of your favorite side dishes.


p.s. If you want original burgers, you can not leave out the French fries, tomato and lettuce
